tomeDear *** I am responding to complaint ID # ***. This customer complained of a heat issue, We checked out vehicle at no charge to the customer and determined that it was her thermostat. We contacted her Insurance Company and spoke to a file handler
about this issue and the file handler determined that it was not caused by the accident and refused to pay for it. We called the customer with this information and explained what the issue was and that there was no charge for us looking at her vehicle but the Insurance Company stated that she would be responsible for any repair costs.
