I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
My items are missing from my vehicle that were in it when I parked my vehicle at my work at ** ** *** Shelbyville, IN the day that it was repossessed. They lied to me and the Indianapolis Police Department about the name of the recovery company as the told us both the company name is *** *** and now in their statement they are saying it is a different company. They also told me several times that no one ever drove my vehicle that they came to my place of employment and towed the vehicle from there until I had my employer look at surveillance films which showed my car being driven out of the parking lot of my place of employment. When contacting *** *** with the phone number Joe's Auto Sales provided to me I came to the conclusion that this place does not really exist. I needed a physical address for the paperwork through small claims and they could not provide me with an address. I do not know who drove my vehicle nor do I know who stole the items from my vehicle but those items belonged to my children and I will take further action in order to get the items or the money back for my items stolen. Joe's Auto Sales have lied to me regarding several actions in this case and had I known how big of criminals they were I would have never bought a vehicle from them and would suggest no one else does either
