What he is saying is a complete and utter lieWhen he fixed my right control I called and told him it was not installed correctly and he needed to check it outWhen he was "supposedly" looking at it, he put the left control arm on and I never gave him authorization to do so...he then tells me it was one price but charged me anotherI asked him for my full refund of about 750-and he wrote me a check for 100..he was very dishonest and I now have a great deal of suspension work to do all because he did not install the control arms properly and it damaged my struts ..strut mounts and ball joints..along with other components

The customer dropped off the car at the end of the day at 5:PM on 06/09/2014.He said he had no money and could not afford to pay us to fix his car, we explained to him the power door locks, and clock
not working had nothing to do with the starter that we replaced, how,ever as a "good will Gesture" we would try and help him out.First thing the following morning on 06/10/we diagnosed and repaired his concerns Free of Charge. He filed a complaint with the Revdex.com the night before unbeknown to usWe were not even notified by the Revdex.com until Thursday June 12, We tried contacting Mr*** twice after we received the complaint and left a message to make sure everything was okayHe never called us back, so I can only assume everything is still okay. As far as discrimination against armed services, we not only thanked him for his service when he made a point to tell us he served, we also gave him a military discount off of the price we quoted him (which he already agreed to) when he paid his original bill
As far as being rude I’m not sure where he got that eitherHis wife said we were always very professional and gave good service. We certainly don’t want any ill will or hard feelings and are willing to go the extra mile to help people, if there is anything else we can do please let us knowSincerely, *** ***Joe’s Auto Service

I am writing this letter reference to case ID number *** ***Us a call, One week prior to the service inquiring, much it cost to replace right lower control arm we give her we need to look at the vehicle before we can give you a price the how much give me
cost.But she insisted she wanted rights so we told her proximately $it could be more or lessShe like what we told and told she called me there time setting appointment that Saturday.We road tested the vehicleWith *** *** and we pointed out that she have lots noises underneath so we needed to look at it from underneath on the Jack after we did that, after we checked it The vehicle needed right and left lower control arm and right sway bar late *** *** agreed to replace right lower and left lower control arm and she said she will be back next week to have the left lower control arm the one week later she came Saturday and have us replace the lower control armOne week later, she give us a call stating that we did not replace the lower control arm we showed *** *** and her friend and my friend the different between the new and the old lower control armaccording to she went to another shop and told her that we did not replace ItWe did not sleep or deceive *** *** everything was explained her visually and orally.When *** *** us one week later, she demanded full refund, which we cannot do I explained to *** *** that she is the one that asked us replace the right lower control arm and we recommended for the other control arm when she came to our shopWe offer one more time to see the control arm , but she refused I tried to reason w?th *** ***She was using foull language and yelling I told her if she keep yelling In my face, I will no longer deal with her In order keep everything undercontrolItold her as a good customer relationship, not because I have to that I will refund $from that second control arm labor, which she agreed to And we wrote a check for is a refund check number is***By accepting this check as a refund this matter as far as Joe auto service is concerned is closd note, she filed the complaint with the Revdex.com one week after she received her refundBy this I believe in myOpinion only, I am not accusing anybodyI believe ** *** is a scam artist,,I have all documents necessary to prove that we did the workThe correct way and the way it should be doneWe have been in business over years
