Tell us wI did have some minor touch up needed remaining and pick up of my 2xs used for bracing Decided not to go anywhere near project due to previous and continuous negative feedback from client Client had already gone t0o far with insults and threats and religious slander, had to renegotiate project all over When client began another barrage of insults and intimidation tactics I thought it was best I stay clear of job site, especially since client is a Sheriff and had made me feel extremely uncomfortable working on this project.There is no reconciliation or otherwise any reason for me to "finish" touor continue on this project since the I have been insulted, slandered, covertly threaten, threatened with legal action, harassed and intimidated to accept this toxic strategy or behavior [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Contractor was providing poor quality lumber that was extremely warped and splitI contacted the company that he said he purchased it from and they advised that the lumber that is pictured has been sitting out in the weather for some time and that they would not sell that poor qualityContractor replaced one board and made NO other attempt to correct this issueI asked for a refund and he said, that this is a natural defect in the wood refused to fix or repairContractor stated that it’s between myself and godAt no time was he attacked by his faith of a ChristianHe was advised by me that how could he call himself a Christian if he felt it was right to cheat people out of money and materials Contractor was never threatened or harassed and is using the excuse to not complete a job and doing the job VERY poorlyAs you can see by the attachments and text messages no threat were madeContractor also made numerous excuses as to why he would not show up and complete the job in the time frame that was contractedHe also stated that he knew what needed to be done and refused because he had started another job in [redacted] that I felt he should have finished my job before he started another one Regards, [redacted]

The material was ordered new from *** *** *** *** had to order and restock for this order The bundle was new when it arrived at *** *** and was wrapped and strapped Each piece was hand selected from the bundles and took approximately hours to hand pick lumber needed for project I have spoken with *** *** and they do not recall such a conversation and have continually state that this is part of the natural wood defects There isn't even an option to order heartwood or prime select wood because it no longer existAnyone can Google "Natural Wood Defects" and find this is part of the lumber and forest industry Customer has been told this numerous times and states that I maliciously picked poor lumber to cut corners.The photos which were taken ever day of project speak for themselves on the quality, workmanship and structure
