Thank you for using ***’s Carpet Service for all your flooring needsWe are
writing to you regarding important information about your claim #*** ordered
on
9/18/We have made several attempts to replace your defective carpet in
a timely manner. ***’s Carpet Service
claim policy requires all claims to be replaced within days of the approval
date from the manufacture. Your claim
was filed on 12/8/and was approved on 12/19/ You have been approved for yards of
Beaulieu carpet to be replaced and cannot exceed $We must follow the
strict guidelines provided by our carpet manufacturesLabor must be paid by
customer since Beaulieu requires carpets to be replaced within days to be
considered for laborAll Furniture must be removed from affected area prior to
installation to avoid additional charges
You MUST come into the store and select a carpet manufactured by Beaulieu and
have the new product installed by May 16, Failure to have carpet
installed by the date referenced will result in a complete void of your
dispute, as too much time has passedThere is no other option to resolve this specific situation.This extension is a courtesy to your
family to avoid having an installation in frigid winter temperaturesIt is our
