I hired Joe's Electrical and Home Improvement on are about January 28, to remove trees, fill in dirt and lay a rock landscape to my front yardMy whole yard had been dug up to repair plumbing and I needed it put back together.I gave Joe permission to buy what ever supplies needed to complete the jobJoe was paid on 2/1/About days after the landscape was completed I started noticing my yard was sinkingI called Joe to ask him to come and assess the yardWe went back and forward in text messages ( which I still have) with Joes promising to come and look at the yard to him telling me I did not need more new dirt added to Joe stating he would come and add more dirt and repair the yardI finally sent Joe one final communication and told him I would see him in courtThe yard is still sinking it is obvious he never added new dirt and it was obvious the yard needed new dirt we had weeks of rain and he removed treesI was willing to make it easy on Joe if he had just g
