I had a client schedule at 11:and the client said she would come back in two hours so *** could have her service done. She said know and I said I would refund her money totwo herI called *** to see what I could do to get her money back I don't get paid until I entered the
coupon in *** system. Any way I entend to give her money back to her. I tried to my best to make her happy and I admitted I was wrong. The customer is always right!!!Jane

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I want to correct Jane's response with one thing - she said the client who had the appointment offered to come back, which is true, however Jane said that she couldn't do my facial, only my manicure and pedicure. That's why I said never mind. I wanted all of the services done at that time. I couldn't make more arrangements to come back another time because of my year old son. I had a hard time getting a sitter for this anyway. Jane left out the part in her response that she couldn't do all of the promised services according to the *** purchase.
