keratin with her so she was then given to former stylist Lizzette C***The appointment was later in the evening so management was already gone for the dayFormer employee *** *** was receptionist at the time and closed her out once she was done with her serviceClient then called and reached out to the stylist in regards to her ends not taking the treatmentDuring the client’s consultation she had mentioned to the stylist that she had done relaxers in the past and Lizzette had told her that texture would look different unless she cut her hairOur policy states if any client is not satisfied with the results of their service and has contacted the salon within days of their service they are entitled to a free redo*** ***, salon manager, then reached out to the client to book her a redo so that we can access the situation asapThe client initially booked for September *** and throughout the course of the day called several times to reschedule this appointment due to work issuesShe then booked it for a sooner date, the *** of September and asked to have the redo done by another stylistOn the day of her redo appointment, client had a flight to catch and was unable to do a proper redo consultationShe then told Naomi she would come on another date because she was going on vacationClient left the stylist with impression she would reschedule her appointmentShe never called or reached out to make this appointmentThe client paid for the initial service $regular price She then purchased a shampoo and our Trio package and left a $dollar tip bringing a total of $367.52.
