Joe's Moving and Storage is the worst moving company we have ever used We are a military family and have moved several time and used multiple vendors This company is the absolute worst! The level of professionalism was non-existent and the packing was deplorable Day one packers did not finish packing and just left Day two movers were mad at packers and finished packing by throwing items in boxes unwrapped Truck was too small so they literally were shoving furniture and boxes in as they were closing the doors Had to leave empty boxes and other packing materials in our garage to fit everything and did not come back to get They packed perishable items that spoiled while in transitGlass items were packed together with nothing wrapped and everything in the boxes were damaged Irreplaceable items were thrown into boxes with no type of packing Just opened a plastic tub of Christmas decorations and not only was nothing wrapped for protection, but power tools were put in the tub too and the tub taped shut Multiple items broken in the tub The movers here at our destination could not believe the condition of our property and were pointing out things for us to take pictures of for our claim This company should never be used if you value your property and investment
