Phone response - An agreement was made , where it was offered to cut out that area of cracked concrete and repair, or we would do additional yard work ( leveling and grading ), he chose the gradingThen he wanted the slide moved, and we did thatYes I did send new bolts to him, because the ones left in the box were suddenly goneI have bent over backwards to help this guy and he keeps complainingI did block him on my phone because it was becoming borderline harassmentbottom line, we had an agreement, we fulfilled the agreement and we are throughThe pool was finished in July, leaks would have shown immediately unless it happened after the install

We were put on hold because of other construction workPool had water just below stairs that held several weeksOnce filled, there was a leak just below the stairs, we sent people to find the leak and repair itTheir were two small knicks that were patchedThe consumer thinks the patches are
temporary, however, they are not as they can hold 20+ yearsWe will not provide new liner as the patches resolved the leak

The tabs around the pool for the safety/winter cover to be hooked on to, they needed to be drilled in the concrete then the pool can be properly closed for the winter monthsI emailed them and text messaged them in late August and early Septto find a time frame for them to come and installas we discussed in previous messages I was blocked from contacting the contractor anymore so with that being said I had to hire another crew to come in and have the work completedthen Mr*** right after he responded to the Revdex.com complaint that I filed decided that he would email me at 10pm on oct.4th to come complete the work, but it was already too lateI couldn't wait any longer and risk damage to the pool or missing my pool closing datethe cost for the additional work was dollarsthat should've been covered under our previous contract that he failed to upholdthe damage to the concrete that was cracked upon install and needs to replaced the lowest estimate I got was for $dollarsanything else let me knowthanks

Phone response - this has already been addressed

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. As I stated the business did finally send a diver out to inspect for the leakWhen discovered the diver did state that she placed a "temporary" patch on the linerFurther she stated that this is temporary and I would have to settle with Joe (business owner) on final resolutionHe has never communicated with me since the patch was installed so we have never had any chance to resolve this open issue.Since the time of this complaint I also sent a request to the business owner asking,"Do you not plan to close the pool and install the cover? This was part of the contract and just need your response." I did not receive a response from the business on this request eitherThe cost for me to have the safety cover installed and have the pool closed was approximately $1,With the season long over and weather turning I had no choice but to contact this work out to protect the investment. Safety cover was installed on Saturday (10/29), pool closing is scheduled for 11/2/16.Regards,*** ***

Regards,
*** *** The statements he made are false, he sent me bolts for the slide three weeks after I complained about it when I already went out and bought new bolts and replaced and installed myself, so that the slide would be safe for my children to go down without getting injured, to leave the slide in the condition it was after his crew came and installed it was pure negligence, and they had no choice but to move the slide cause they measured incorrectly the first time around and the slide would've exited you out on the concrete instead of the pool(not a very safe landing spot) and to as the phone comments, when you are a client of someone you respond to an inquiry about the satisfaction of that client , they run a business those are things that will arise as a business owner, instead to block a client rather then find a resolution to the issues is purely immature, and it shows what type of business they runnow onto the next complaint, I emailed him on Sept11th to find out if he was going to come and complete the work and install the tabs for the safety/winter cover, and I didn't receive a response from him until 10/at o'clock at night via email, it's October in a cold climate area, so I had no choice but to go ahead and spend more money to have a separate crew come in and do the work as this business owner blocked me from reaching him and wasn't responding to my emailsthe cracked concrete issue the agreement was that the back yard would be 100% graded I can attach pictures to show that has been not the case and that the driveway would be saw cut off in the parts that got cracked. BOTH things that were agreed upon the grading and the saw cutting have not been completed if both weren't completed I requested the driveway be fixed and repairedthat also has been ignoredhe told me to go after his contractors personal insurance who he hired to do the work and instead of using his insurance , sounds shady to me I hired Joe's pools to do the work if he choose to hire a subcontractor to do the work that's not my problem, my cracked driveway though is the problem driveway is not even two years oldI have been nothing but patient and I treated his crew with nothing but respect for the days they spent working on my pool I even went as far as to rent the skidster that they used to back fill the pool cause theirs was inoperable , but once Mr*** received 100% payment for the pool it was like he was a different owner, which I made sure was done to his liking 50% two weeks prior to install and the other 50% after liner went in, there is still so much work to be done after the liner goes in, and that is all the issues that have come up since thenthe job isn't complete until the customer is satisfied, the job in his eyes is complete once he has full paymentI Cleary don't feel that this matter has been closed, or even addressed on his part
