We were called to the accident by [redacted] PD which is customary when someone get into an accidentThe car is towed to our impound lot and at that poi,t vehicle pick up is arranged by customerWe do no bill Insurance company's as this person asked us to doHe came to our place of business demanding we do things his wayHe went into our impound lot to get his personal belongings and we ask him just to leave his car keys he took everything elseWhile he was there he was screaming at us and complaining about the police department that they had no right to do what they didThe female with him came into office paid the bill which is charge as per town ordinanceHe then called his insurance company and they picked up the carAt no time was he spoken to or treated improperly Also at scene of accident he was taken to hospital so [redacted] PD did as usual just to to our yardIt is unfortunate that this gentleman feels the way he does but we conducted ourselves as we always do in a professional mannerIf he is unhappy about the way it was handled he should take that up with the police department

*** plumbing did not spend an hour fixing the problem and did not do an adequate jobThis resulted in the sewer line being backed up again within a weeks timeWhen I notified them that the line was again backed up I was told it was because I didn't let them do it right the first timeI was also told if they couldn't use a camera then I would have to find someone elseWhich I ended up doing and was told a camera is only used when there is damage to the lineWhich there is notThe second company I used did a proper job and I haven't had a problem since*** plumbing wanted to charge for a service not needed and did an unsatisfactory job then declined to make it right
