This towing company has no compassion or communication skills I felt like there are in it for the money onlyI called from the emergency room and got brushed off once I was told how much I needed to recover the carI called back and asked not to be hung up on and again I got the brush offI went down to their location and again I had to get extremely angry to get some answers

my vehicle was totaled and towed to joes towing now I have a lien on my tag
on 9-15-my chevy lumina was totaled and towed to joes towing.this is the same time as hurricane irma left us with a tree on my vehicles and my home we had no power .when I was able to get to joes towing the office manager told me it would be $181.00.I told her I didn't have it I told her I just need the tag she said I didn't have to pay to get the tag.the man in the golf cart that gave me a ride out to the car told me to sign off on the title which I did.now I have a$ 321.00lien on my tag.that has to be illegal.this is a corrupt business I would like people to know
