I did not comfortable trying to work with this business after having a mechanic come to my residence and show me personally, the goo like substance that was placed inside the motor areaI paid a mechanic myself to replace the motor, I DO NOT trust this companyI had no intention of trying to contact them to "try" to "make it right"They had that chance before selling the item in the first placeThe lady I have been emailing has a bad attitude, I wouldn't ask her for anythingI was well aware a used item has no warranty, I now understand why
