Concerning CID? [redacted] Their concern with of us having to move the sprinkler lines and where to lay the sodWhen we started work on the property there was not a line as to where the property started and stopped so we went by what the [redacted] 's told usTo respond to the reasoning in asking for additional monies when we are working on any system we can not determine if there sprinkler control box needed to be upgraded or not until it's assessed also I did not tell them that I would do any type of vegetable boxesWith them saying that I said "our sod did not need to be watered" I would not say that and why would we have to come out and move the sprinkler line if I would say it doesn't need to be watered? We feel that we have tried many times to come out to work with the [redacted] 's and their concernsThroughout this time we have worked with the sod to try and level it out even more, we have fertilized and even winterized the system, also coming back in spring to make sure the system was still workingI have also given the [redacted] 's a refund of $We take pride in our work we do and feel we have made a good faith effort in resolving this complaint with the [redacted] 's.?

I am rejecting this response because:We closed on our house on 9/I attached a text message sent to Joe letting him know our property pins were located on 9/Work did not begin until after closingJoe covered the property pins when attempting to level the yard. Attached is a text message where I ask if he will complete the vegetable boxes and Joes replies yes. Attached is a text message where I tell Joe that the sod company says our sod needs watered but we do not have irrigation water because he waited to long. Attached is the text where he admits these problems are his fault and that our yard is uneven. Winterizing sprinklers and fertilizing the grass was part of our packageJoe offered these services before we had problems. He also offered to prune our trees but never didHe came out in the spring to ensure the sprinklers worked because he installed irrigation lines after the irrigation was shut off and never had an opportunity to test the systemNo where in this response does Joe address that our yard was not leveled, sections of our yard were not sodded, the sinking irrigation lines and low spots in our yard, purchase vegetable boxes, and repair of the dead dry spots left in the yard after Joe attempted to fix the low spotsWe are still asking for a $5,refund to fix our yardJoe has provided $2,and we are asking for the additional $3,
