Review: I took my wool suit to be cleaned, that had food stains in the skirt and jacket. The stains were removed from the skirt, but not the jacket. I was told I had to pay the bill before they would re-clean my suit. So I thought that was so unprofessional and I asked for the manager. He was out. The young lady explain to me that the person who cleaned the skirt was not the same person who cleaned the jacket. The jacket had been pressed and not cleaned. So I paid for un-cleaned clothes. I told her I was contact the manager when he came in to voice my complaint. I called the next day and spoke to the manager who was so rude and told me that was his policy and that was that. He even went so far as to tell me that the customer is not always right and he has rights also. I had to pay to get my clothes back, and they were not even cleaned. I want my money back.
