This complaint is completely unfounded and the customer has agreed to remove or settle the matter in a positive mannerThe complaint is listed as "advertising issues" even though there never was an advertisement of any sortRather, the customer is referring to a pending transaction on a closed, subscription based national coin dealer network (www.certifiedcoinexchange.com) The customer agreed to sell us a small quantity of a specific U.SMint product, and we agreed to pay a specific priceHowever, we never received the product due to the fact that the customer did not have physical possession of the product since they had not yet been shipped to him from the U.SMintWe were only purchasing the coins to fill an immediate retail order that we hadAfter days of never receiving the coins as promised, we cancelled the order Since the customer claimed that he would have the product to us shortly, he was upset that we would no longer buy the coinsThat is the reason for the complaint. In actuality, we (fastcoin.com) are the ones who were damaged, since we could not fulfill a retail order due to the complaintant's inability to deliver the productFurthermore, the complaintant states that we "refused to buy and returned them." The truth is that we never received the product in the first placeHow could we return the product if it was never received? On September 11, 2015, and 1:PM CST, we spoke with the customer/complaintant, [redacted] ***, and he agreed to remove the complaint and settle this matter to our favorPlease contact the complaintant to verify this fact, and to have this negative mark removed from our otherwise spotless recordThank you, [redacted] , Sr.714- [redacted] , [redacted] @gmail.com
