Review: I have problem with dental statement# [redacted], amount of $405.When I visited at Dentist that time, they told me that my insurance "PRINCIPAL DENTAL GROUP" covered for cleaning and I do not need to pay. That's why I get treatment. At the time, I told them; I do not want to pay from my pocket, make sure with my insurance then I want to clean my teeth. They told me again and again.... my insurance covered. Now, they send me statement. I do not want to pay for the charge because of they lie to me and make treatment. Please advise and help for the regarding the dental statement lie treatment.Thank you so much.Desired Settlement: I do not need to pay for the billing/statement. Because of they told me that my insurance covered. If not covered, I did not need to do so. I will walk away.Thank you.
