My complaint is about a service of mechanics the date [redacted] 2015. this services consisted about change engine, A/C gas, oil filter and antifreeze. This was made to my dodge grand caravan 2001. this service was performed by some of the employees of the business name Soel Auto Services, the man who worked my car was the nick name Rolo. The engine that was given to the car I had bought from another car 2001 [redacted] the man [redacted] he check and certify that engine was good condition and will fix to my car. day before starting work with the car I ask him if he know how to do this kind of work and he told me yes I do all kinds of work. the boss of him knew about this work,even gave half of the payment the second day of this services. when the service was completed around 5 days the date [redacted] 2015 he call me to pick up the car then I pay him the rest of the money. 1 noticed that it was terrible, everything was making noise and all the dash lights were lit. I claim and he said that he can't do nothing and saying excuses about the engine. I take my car to check for another business for they tell me where came all noise and why the dash light lit. I went to Auto zone and the guys put he machine codes to check and came out three codes and he toll me this codes problems is the computer of the car it was not set correctly and that why the car has all of these complications. The car continues to turn off and I can not use it.Desired SettlementSo now I want to return me the amount of [redacted] dollars was that I paid for the service or fix the car again and let the good condition. because the engine was not have any problem. the problem was in set correctly the computer, a work that wasn't did.
