Tell us why here...this company has not been in business since 9/01/2014 and has filed bankruptcy since ... there fore all warranty are null sorry for any problems

I am rejecting this response because: if this company was indeed bankrupt then why did the...
owner continue to respond via email even this spring multiple times saying they would resolve the issue. Provide BK paperwork to support the claim.
