I screwed up. I pre-paid for parking, but I was in such a big hurry to get out of the parking lot that I wasn't thinking and paid again upon exiting. I called to ask for a refund for one of the payments, and they just plainly said that that's my problem and they can't help me. So I screwed up, but that's some pretty bad customer service.
