My experience with [redacted] has mirrored some of the others I've read about here. Here's a factual account of my order process:
I submitted an order online for a new, large TV late at night. I found the best price, by a few hundred dollars, via [redacted] Shopping's results. Through that interface, the company seemed to have a high star rating. The item was listed with free shipping and even had a "free expedited shipping" dropdown option at checkout. The item included a free additional wall mount. I paid via credit card and got an email receipt.
The next day I was called by the company to "complete" the order. When I called back, I was told that shipping (which was advertised as free online and during the whole online transaction) would be $99, because I seem like a good guy, and that it was normally $200. But the man I spoke with made it sound bargainable. I immediately suspected something strange, as you don't typically bargain for shipping charges with electronics resellers - especially after you have completed a transaction online. But I was told the TV was a large item so shipping is expensive for them, etc. I said, Ok... how about $50? We agreed at $69.95, which was mainly acceptable to me because I was still saving so much money on the TV and was paying no sales tax (out of state). This shipping charge was for "white glove"delivery, whatever that means.
That charge, along with ANOTHER, unmentioned shipping charge of nearly $50 was added to my bill, and because we had bargained on the shipping charges that wall mount turned into an HDMI cable. That was OK with me.
Delivery was to be 7-10 business days. The TV only SHIPPED on the 10th business day, after several email follow ups by me. It then took 4 more business days to arrive, and arrived without an HDMI cable, which I'm now told ships separately. I have brought up my complaints with the company and they have agreed to refund the $69.95 shipping charge due to the delay, which I accepted. That refund has not yet posted, haven't yet received tracking info on the HDMI cable.
To summarize: fraudulent shipping charges, needing to call and bargain with someone over the phone after placing an online order, general lack of professionalism. I would advise doing business with a more reputable retailer.

you will be contacted by phone prior to shipping your items to "tweak" the written promises straight from their website.  The product I bought ( a Samsung TV ) was priced at $895.00 and should have qualified for the stated " free shipping for purchases over $99.00.  There was no mention of this not applying to television sets on the website but according to the salesperson at Joe's, TV sets were not delivered by other commercial carriers like [redacted] or [redacted] because they stand a good chance of delivering the set in a damaged condition , which they would not be responsible for.  Joe's used White Glove delivery which was going to cost me $140.00 more.  After threatening to cancel the order, the shipping was reduced to $49.00.  The website also clearly stated I would get a wall mount valued at $129 absolutely free with my order.  In the end, they rescinded that offer and sustituted it with an HDMI cable ( which I did not need and did not ask for).  To top this whole experience off, it took 3 weeks to deliver the set.  They called on a Thursday to tell me they were going to deliver it that Saturday.  I was going to be out of town for the weekend and was not available in person to receive the set.  There was no negotiating the time.  Either I was there or they would deliver the set ( a Christmas present) when they were back in the area in late January.  So,  if you want to deal with a company with hidden unspecified charges, who lies about what the order will consist of and works with a delivery company that strong arms your time , by all means, Joe's AV is the place you want to shop.   
I have to admit, I sent them an email detailing how disgusted I was with their business ethics and their choice of delivery service.  They called me about 30 seconds later and wondered what my argument was all about.  The problem with their customer service was not the response time.  THAT was excellent.  It's just that they argued about my complaints until I finally hung up on them.  Take my advise.  Shop local.  Pay the tax and the time it takes to get out and shop in person.  These guys are a long ways away from where I live, are not ethical in business and you'll never hear from them again if you have a problem and call them on it.

Had great prices on the internet so I placed the order...then the action started! A guy calls me up to say that my area is out of their shipping zone but for $399 more they could do it! I said no & asked for a manager. They said someone would call me back. A day later with no phone call, I checked my order on their website and they changed my order anyway to include the $399.....what a scam!

I have received a response from Joe's A/V.  I would liike to keep this complaint open until the refund has cleared.  Below is the email I received:
