What he is saying is a complete and utter lie. When he fixed my right control I called and told him it was not installed correctly and he needed to check it out. When he was "supposedly" looking at it, he put the left control arm on and I never gave him authorization to do so...he then tells me it was one price but charged me another. . I asked him for my full refund of about 750-760 and he wrote me a check for 100..he was very dishonest and I now have a great deal of suspension work to do all because he did not install the control arms properly and it damaged my struts ..strut mounts and ball joints..along with other components.

I am writing this letter reference to case ID number [redacted]. Us a call, One week prior to the service inquiring, much it cost to replace right lower control arm we give her we need to look at the vehicle before we can give you a price the how much give me...

cost.But she insisted she wanted rights so we told her proximately $300 it could be more or less. She like what we told and told she called me there time setting appointment that Saturday.We road tested the vehicle. With [redacted] and we pointed out that she have lots noises underneath so we needed to look at it from underneath on the Jack after we did that, after we checked it The vehicle needed right and left lower control arm and right sway bar late [redacted] agreed to replace right lower and left lower control arm and she said she will be back next week to have the left lower control arm the one week later she came Saturday and have us replace the lower control arm.
One week later, she give us a call stating that we did not replace the lower control arm we showed [redacted] and her friend and my friend the different between the new and the old lower control arm. according to she went to another shop and told her that we did not replace It. We did not sleep or deceive [redacted] everything was explained her visually and orally.When [redacted] us one week later, she demanded full refund, which we cannot do I explained to [redacted] that she is the one that asked us replace the  right lower control arm and we recommended for the other control arm when she came to our shop. We offer one more time to see the control arm , but she refused I tried to reason w?th [redacted]. She was using foull language and yelling I told her if she keep yelling In my face, I will no longer deal with her In order keep everything undercontrol. Itold her as a good customer relationship, not because I have to that I will refund $100 from that second control arm labor, which she agreed to.  And we wrote a check for is a refund check number is[redacted]. By accepting this check as a refund this matter as far as Joe auto service is concerned is closd note, she filed the complaint with the Revdex.com one week after she received her refund. By this I believe in my. Opinion only, I am not accusing anybody. I believe [redacted] is a scam artist,,I have all documents necessary to prove that we did the work. The correct way and the way it should be done. We have been in business over 30 years
