I went in to have Windows 10 removed from my computer and have everything restored to Windows 8.1. Price quoted and estimated time in shop seemed fair. Completion took a day longer than expected due to numerous problems found on PC. When I got PC back it had earlier version of Windows(8.0) than I wanted and I was unable to access Microsoft Office files. Still trying to get things back to 100% usable.
I will look elsewhere when problems arise in future. The one good thing I can say is that the quoted price was the exact amount charged.
