Review: My wife and I wen to Joe's crab shack on 5/14/16 at 7:00 Pm. We were told there was a 1 1/2 hr wait. We came back at 8 and were seated. we ordered the Lobster Daddy Feast that had lobster, snow crab, corn and a potato. When my lobster arrived 2/3rds of the tail were missing. I asked for a manager who after 15 to 20 minutes finally came to the table. I showed him the lobster. I have had a lobster license to harvest Lobsters in 2 states. when the second one came I tried to pull the meat out of the tail. the meat came out in a paste. I could smush it through my fork like mashed potatoes. they had over cooked it to the point that it no longer had the texture nor the taste of lobster. when I asked my wife how hers was she said the same way. I went over to the manager and told him what I was experiencing and that he had a quality control issue. He said he was sorry and never offered to do anything else. They are in a prime location at the wharf overlooking the river and the Golden bridge. Most of those present were tourists. Not only does this reek of poor food preparation but also from a tourist stand point this doesn't present a good image of Sacramento. The waitress was very good , she has no control over the kitchen. I feel they were pressure cooking the food to cook faster so they could have a high turnover. I have eaten at 4 other Joe's with no issues. Because it is a national chain you know what to expect but at this one the lobster was disgusting because of the over cooking it.Desired Settlement: I feel I should be reimbursed for the dinners as we couldn't eat the lobster it was so pureed and mush. It wouldn't stay on the fork to even dip in the butter.

Review: On December [redacted], my credit card was compromised because a server named [redacted] add an additional $22.00 to her tip on my credit card. This was in addition to the terrible experience at Joe's Crab Shack with ridiculously slow service, cold food, and inappropriate and uncomfortable flirting taking place (by a manager) with a friend that had accompanied me to dinner that night.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the full amount of my check for $51.59 refunded for the quality of food/service that I did not receive. I would also like workers and managers to be trained in customer service and educated on credit card fraud policies of Joe's Crab Shack.

Review: As I was being seated in this restaurant[approx. about 1:10 p.m.] for lunch, I was led through the bar area tooward a booth. I stepped on something slippery, fell and tore my hamstring. I had to go to the hospital, have an xray, then an MRI to determine the diagnosis. I had to contact this restaurant three different times just to speak with someone, then I was told that I had no claim. I wasn't necessarily looking for finanacial compensation, but at least an apology. Donna B[redacted],###-###-####, would not even apologize for the accident. This is really upsetting, since I have been in the bed for almost 2 weeks, have to miss three weeks of work, and will need physical therapy for 6 sessions. Their practices are absolutely criminal and I at least want the right to complain. Anyone could walk on that floor and fall while just trying to have lunch. SHAMEFUL!This wasn't my first visit to this establishment. I had never slipped nor fallen before. There was something on thhat floor.Desired Settlement: I think that this company owes me something. I asked for an apology, and couldn't get that. I feel that I at least should receive a meal. I won't eat it there because I'm really afraid of falling again, but my children may want to.
