Paid in full $1930 to have a tile shower installed and when I went to use it and the water would not drain. I plunged it but not a drop of water drained. I called in a plumber and paid $60 to clear the drain he tried for 20 minutes and then vacuumed out the water with that he was able to shine a flash light in drain and could clearly see grey thinset. I have called the contractor several times he sent out his plumber and he tried to clear the drain as well and could not...he poured sulfuric acid in drain and left its still hasn't cleared that was about 4 week ago. [redacted] said to be patient this Wednesday it will be 8 weeks I have tried to contact him via email and text several times but he chooses not to answer.
