informed her she needed parts she didn’t honestly need, but since she has replaced the unit, we cannot prove or disprove the accusation. We did absolutely everything possible to solve this problem, but since she has had a new unit installed by a different person, we will not intervene and take on possibly more liability. I am attaching the phone conversation where she states another unit was installed and then she began having problems again. I feel we have done our part and consider this matter closed on our end.Respectfully,

The work that they did in my crawl space that I paid for is still blowing air out. Didnt want them to work on the furnace just repair the work they did in the crawl space that didnt work or just refund me my money.
