Joe's Moving and Storage

My family and I have always had a wonderful experience when using the services of Joe's Moving & Stirage when moving from homes as well as using their storages at times.
It is not easy to move and very stressful to let others handle items that have sentimental values and can not be reolaced, that is why I will never use anyone else.

When I first moved, I got in touch with them, they assigned my task to a team. The gentleman that came for the estimate met with us and he made a list of all the belongings we wanted to move. He sketched out a plan of placing the items at our new place per our needs and wishes of all and then we fixed the time and date of our moving.

On the scheduled day, the professional crew showed up on time and as previously planned started packaging all the items with unique packing boxes which according to them are damage free. They carefully packed all the listed items and soon were ready to move.

Joe had promised that the packing and moving will be done within a reasonable
time frame which they did, but I was surprised to.see that all the items were placed as they were meant to be; not a single piece of the items was damaged. We highly recommend them and will continue to use them again if needed.

Joe's has move my home three times and my office twice, it was time to let people know why I keep going back to ***'s. First of all I've never had to wait for service, they show up when planned and take great care of all your stuff. if something does get damage, like a scratch or nick, they have people that come out to take care of the issue. You can trust them to be responsible for their service and respond to issues. I've used their service for over 15 years and will continue to do so. Prior to using Joe's, I use 3 other companies in the prior 20 year and was never satisfied with their service. Funny thing, back then you could only complain to the Revdex.com. Now we have a lot of way to communicate our dissatisfaction, but hardly ever communicate our satisfaction. That's why i'm happy to do this review.

We just moved from Miami Beach to Athens, GA and the idea of moving after almost 25 years in our home was a daunting one. We did a lot a research on line about moving companies and read horror stories from people whose move was delayed, damaged, lost and charged way above the quoted price. Then we were recommended to Joe's Moving by our realtor. Joe himself came to write up the estimate and assured us that the cost overrun would not be more than 10% above his quote. On moving day his crew showed up as scheduled and worked diligently all day, packing and loading our furniture and moving boxes. On the scheduled day, another driver with a local crew showed us at the time expected and unloaded and set everything up in our new home. No breakage, no damage, everything arrived in good order and we paid exactly the price quoted, not one penny more. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and are happy to recommend Joe's Moving and Storage.

I've used Joe's Moving for my home and office moves over the years and they are really prompt, careful and affordable. They come over and review what's being moved, give an estimate, and then honor that estimate no matter what. With fair prices and responsive staff, they are really a great choice for what is always a stressful moment in one's life.

Extremely slow and awful availability times. My shipment arrived in Florida almost 2 weeks ago yet they are unable to deliver for almost a month. Their delivery is so slow that my order has been placed into temporary storage. I would not recommend their service to anyone that would like their items in a timely manner. The customer service representative on the phone was also horribly rude. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
