Joe's Moving

First they were 3 hours late because they "couldn't find the 3rd guy", then when they get there, they are all nice, tell me they don't mind if I drop off what's in my car to the new house since I had to pick my kids up from school. It was a 30 minute trip. My husband calls me asking what happened when I was half way back. Says they are leaving because they "saw a bug". I get back to the house and find them gone and both my front and back doors unlocked. Then I check to make sure they replaced everything and find they broke one of my $50 bookcases to the point it's nonrepairable. Must've been a Damn big bug to break a bookcase and send two grown men running out of the house.
When I called to find out if they'd reimburse me for my bookcase, they hung up on me. I called back and he said he "didn't owe me [redacted]." Very unprofessional.
