I don't have the coat check ticket.  The employee took the ticket from me and when I asked for it back, she wouldn't return it.  It was green and I had number [redacted] and my fiend had [redacted].  The employee at Joes kept my ticket.  She took down my name and phone number and told me Management would call me when they were not busy.  She refused to get them for me that night.  She said it was too busy to interrupt them.  She was a short lady with short hair.  When we checked our coats in there were two ladies there. We gave them $10; $4 for each coat check and a $2 tip.

not have a ticket, picture of the ticket, or a number of a ticket. When asked to describe the jacket (name brand, anything in the pockets that could distinguish the jacket as hers, etc) nothing matched. At the end of the evening only one jacket remained in coat check and she said that it wasn’t hers. We listened and tried to help but her jacket was not checked. When patrons misplace a ticket the jacket shows up at the end of the evening when all other jackets are claimed.  I’m sorry she lost her jacket but we did everything in our power to help her.   Thank, Joe’s Management
