The other side of the story goes like this. The vehicle in question was in [redacted] which we have a contract to tow vehicles away that have no permits. This vehicle had no permit ! As my driver backed up to the rear of the vehicle and slid the self loading stringer under the rear tires...

and lifted the vehicle in the air, this person and friend surrounded my driver.  He told the person the vehicle did not have a permit and to either put the permit in the vehicle (displayed) or move it from the property. He then let the vehicle down and drove away. No monies were exchanged. At no time did the tow truck or stringer come into contact with the front drivers side fender (impossible to do). The ( my insurance company was contacted and denied the claim), obviously it was previous damage. We know there are cameras there, so she needs to produce proof of the damage. Good Luck.
