I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I disagree with the response, they did not charge by square footage, they did move our furniture they did not complete the job.  I have a text where they were going to come back to finish the paint job.  I also called thier insurance company for the strachted hardwood floors.  Insurance ajduster came out last Friday and took pictures. He could not believe what a bad job they they and how many walls had no paint on them. They also stated the first day they that [redacted] quoted the job they would move the furniture we did not have to do anything, They also said 2 cleaning ladines would come next day to clean after they finished painting. The only put drop cloths down under where they were painting and sanding, not over any furniture.   The job they did fixing the walls was worse when they finished then when they started, they never pushed any nails in just putted over them and sanding. Thank you for you assistane in this matter, If they job had been done as quoted I would have had no issue with what they charged.

This person was simply a contractor that reached out to us and asked us to complete this project for him being an exterior project we could only complete on certain days weather pending we did agree to a price to complete the project but had not set a date to begin do to weather he then contact us...

and asked if we could start we stated that we would start the project he had to meet us at the site when we began to make sure all vases was coved the day we had scheduled to start this project it stated it was going to rain so we tried to then post pon the project in witch time he got so up set and was very rude and disrespectful and said some really hateful things and at that time we decided it was best to not move forward with someone so rude and disrespectful

exterior house painting finish, on the completion of the job performed I had inspected the finished job it looked nice, even commenting on the batting, how I was pleased how well the seams looked around the batting, with in a couple of days as the paint dried the seams reopened revealing the seams again which could have been prevented with proper caulking, I called the company with in a couple days and reported this they assured me it would be taken care of, I then received no correspondence with in a week or so made a second attempt and was told Joe has not gotten back to them, 3rd attempt was told the same thing four weeks later still no courtesy call or any correspondence what so ever, feeling frustrated and ignored this is my only option now, all and all I"m pleased with the rest of the job and would recommend this company to friends. We strive to keep our customers happy and apologize for the miscommunication.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)Yes I'am satisfied with the response and believe the company will make it right at this time.Final Consumer Response [redacted]Document Attached[redacted]The problem still has Not been resolved, I met with the owner today 6/29/2016, showed him ([redacted]) the problem with the batting and damage to the rain gutters, missed painted area.due to a slight language barrier he had what I felt were not so convincing reason's for my issues, Such as we did not talk about caulking, I had two other companies bid and we did talk on this subject one of the specifics I especially was concerned over, anyway I don't have it in writing so he says if I want it done to pay more to do what I feel should have been done Initially as an A+ rated company he was nice and respectful but I felt he really didn't want to deal with the matter,He basically shrugged his shoulders on the rain gutter damage and unpainted area saying it's painted but does not look painted? ok now feeling foolish that I'm mistaken and if I want any of these issues fixed I'll have to do it myself I guess Disappointed and will not recommend or use [redacted]'s painting in the future.
