I'm answering request about complaint of  Mrs. [redacted], she called us during Christmas Holiday and informed me that what he had done in Spring 2016 was leaking, she started conversation very nice and I mistakendly told her he might have to charge small fee, since it was so many months ago....

Well that was the wrong thing to say on my part because  he would have most likely not charged her.  Her attitude changed immediately. But I told her I would send him over next day, she informed me she was a teacher and she could call  only when she was off. So  I went back and checked all calls that came in Spring and found her call in July, She informed me that she had left 2 messages and I never called back, so I also looked for those messages and could not find them. We now have answering service and I get faxed and text for each call. Meanwhile I called her the next morning to tell her [redacted] would be there that morning and she told me she was probably going to call another plumber, she had already started trashing [redacted] on facebook that morning and  then I told  [redacted]  not to even go after that and he would have repaired any issues needed, he always leaves with the customer happy. , that is just the type of plumber he is
