Joe's Scooter Repair

Review: I took my 50cc RSS Scooter to Joe's on 6/15/2015 to find out why my scooter is running so poorly. After keeping the scooter over night Mr. [redacted] informed me that I needed a new variator and Crankshaft and that it would be $350.00. I informed Mr. [redacted] that I needed repaired by the evening of 5/19/2015. when I arrived to pick up my scooter I noticed that Mr. [redacted]s son was placing the air filter on to the scooter, but it the rubber piece that goes onto the carburetor was torn. when I took the scooter for a test drive it was making a new sound and had lost power to both top and bottom end. After informing Mr.[redacted] about this he stated that what he did shouldn't cause this problem and that he wasn't worried about tonight he rushed getting it done earlier. I was like ok I'll come by tomorrow. 5/20/2015 I tried calling his phone but didnt recieve a answer and went by the shop and no one was there. I found out from a associate that Mr. [redacted] wasn't opening that day and had went to a drag race out of town.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my scooter repaired but how can I trust this business to do it I would like to have another shop repair it, and Mr.[redacted] pay for repairs and reimburse me for lost time and transportation.
