I did not comfortable trying to work with this business after having a mechanic come to my residence and show me personally, the goo like substance that was placed inside the motor area. I paid a mechanic myself to replace the motor, I DO NOT trust this company. I had no intention of trying to contact them to "try" to "make it right". They had that chance before selling the item in the first place. The lady I have been emailing has a bad attitude, I wouldn't ask her for anything. I was well aware a used item has no warranty, I now understand why.
