Gracious Living was representing the client to find a rental property.  The Deposit was given and presented to the Home owners association who is holding the funds.   Our agent has been trying to find suitable housing for the client and only last week on 10/13/2016, the client requested...

the refund.  The agent immediately requested the refund from the Home owners association, only to find out the manager was out on vacation and will not be back till 10/23/2016.  It is also our understanding the Home owners association needs 10 business days to return the funds after the request is in to their office.   At this point we are looking at 10 business days after the 23rd.   For a point of record, Gracious Living does not hold funds in the State of Florida.
