Joe-k Used Cars made arrangements to get the vehicle towed to our shop. We will check vehicle out to make sure it is safe to drive. Anything that is covered in the warranty we will fix. The title is in the mail and will be here any day.

We are willing to take a look at the vehicle & diagnose if towed to our shop. We are not promising anything because warranty is out after 60 days. If Mr. [redacted] has to pay for repairs we are willing to work with him on payment arrangements for car note.

Warranties cover engine & transmission 50/50 only for 60 days or 2,000. Customer had car towed to [redacted] we fixed rack & pinion, shifter and gas gage as well free of charge. All sales are final & we will only cover warranty items from here on out 50/50.

response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution will only be satisfactory to me on the condition that the balance of the truck is a total of $2320.  I am having to pay for the repairs even though they should still be covered under the warranty given by the company.  When I go to their office, I want to be able to pick up the title to the vehicle and I want my monthly payments to start out as fresh without any late fees charged.  I am only behind on the payments due to the company not fixing my vehicle.  I want my payments to be the $200 per month as agreed upon at the time of sale.

accusation. Joe-k Used Cars has not done anything wrong or illegal.

Ms.[redacted] called to let us know she had driven to Indiana. We assured her that we would tow the vehicle today. We now have the vehicle and our driver is on his way back to St.Louis with the vehicle. We will get the vehicle to the shop to take a look when it gets back.

Ms.[redacted] purchased the vehicle 4/7/16 there is no warranty on the vehicle any longer. We are willing to work w/ the customer on payments while repairs are being made.

repairs were made because no deposit was made for repairs. Fair Repair has made repairs on vehicle already, payment for repairs are to be made at pick up. The original contracts states that all sales are final.
