Review: September 9, 2013 we had our home roof replaced by Joesal Construction. We were satisfied with the workmanship as well as the professional manner the salesman possessed. We received a two year warranty letter from Joesal 12/27/13 - 12/27/15. "The warranty covers against leaks due to workmanship defects". Shortly thereafter, there was a rainstorm. To our shock, the water began to pour from the ceiling, which caused water damage inside. We made several calls to the company to have someone come out to see where the problem was occurring. Finally after maybe the 6th or 7th call and threat to contact the Revdex.com, we were told someone would be here to take a look at the roof. The problem was they failed to put a flashing around the skylight on the roof. The gentleman which came for the repairs came inside and saw where the water came in and instructed us to contact Joesal and get the clearance for the wall to be repaired. We called and spoke with the office manager (**) who stated, he would give us a call back once he contacted the repairman. I contacted the repairman myself and was told ** had not called him. This was sometime in July, it is now October, we have yet to hear from anyone...and our calls go unanswered.Desired Settlement: We want them to honor their agreement to repair the damage. The wall and whatever damage is in the attic where the water was coming in.
