I received your letter about the complaint of my server, ***, on May 22,The Complaint

I believe it was a mistake, *** didn't do it on purposeThere were a total of four people
eating
at the table Ms.*** was eating at(Two separate checks, paid by two different credit cards.)
*** ***'s check amount was $with no tipsShe left $in cash on the table for tips, her
friend's check amount was $plus $for tips signed by her friendThe fact is ***
accidentally charged both checks on *** ***'s card, and didn't charge anything on her friend's
card
When *** *** came back to my place a week after, I did paid *** *** back the full amount
($45.41) including the $tips which *** overcharged her forI did pay for our mistakeAlso I
am glad to pay her $more for the matter to go away
I apologize for the mistake *** made, but I can't fire ***, she has worked for us for long
