I was asked to take on ***'s kitchen renovation by *** after I installed his front door entry way that they are very pleased withI told him yes and I wrote up a quote that included painting, tile, plumbing, installing cabinets, and demo of old custom cabinets built to the wall. During
this time I already have three additions going and told him (***) that I wouldn't be there everyday but, would finish the project in two weeks (working days)*** said that was fineCabinets came in two weeks early and I knew they would and started working on his project that coming Sunday*** gave me a deposit of $2000.00 I demoed the kitchen cabinets, (skimmed coat two walls and a big section of the ceiling and sanded it where the old cabinets used to be which is a big extra) prepped walls for paint (thumb tack size holes), painting crew painted two coats on the walls and one on the ceilingthere was a little touch up to do on walls due to items in the wayI had a plummer disconnect the water lines to the dishwasher and the lines to the sink and had them temporary capped in the basementOnly thing left was to installing cabinets and then lay the tile. Now the first week has gone by and Monday morning *** starting to get impatient and texting me because he wanted me there every day and I still had a whole week to finishHis text message where very unprofessional and non stopI have no idea why he got so demanding and I was only three working days left. I have never terminated any project in years of buildingI also worked his budget of what he had to do the project with which I know now he was lying about that. *** * ***
