We hired Joey Ridgle Septic Service to replace our septic tank system, and while the tank and system work, the project execution and communication was very poor Here's a summary from our project:

Changes were made to our original plan that we were not aware of until the day of the project, which did not give us time to consider the implicationsThere was no discussion about optionsthey followed their new plan without giving us time to consider or discuss alternatives After waiting for over a year to execute this plan, in which they had plenty of time to present their changes, this was inexcusable and disappointing
They also left permanent damage to our driveway that could have been avoided had they not been in such a hurry to execute and move on to the next project before the weather changed With over years of experience, we were very surprised they didn't plan ahead to avoid the damage they caused to our propertyWith this many years of experience, they definitely should have known better
Additionally, we paid for trees to be removed from our property, following the original plan, only to find out it was not necessary because they changed the location of where the septic tank was placed This again, was inexcusable and a waste of our money - and definitely not appreciated

*** and *** *** of Whitehouse Texas, had *** ***'s Septic Service to put in a tank in they put in a septic system for us and went the extra mile to spread all the dirt out and really looks nice and March 23, they put in a tank at my husbands shop and again went the extra mile to spread the dirt out and added extra that we needed and looking good and so much easier for us to finish our workThe ladies in the office is super great to talk to and to deal with they to go the extra mile to help us and for us to get the best service we can and we did get the best serviceIf anyone ever needs a septic system put in or cleaned out I recommend *** ***'s Septic Service*** ***
