I relied on Joey to conduct a thorough pre-purchase inspection on a Range Rover Supercharged that I was buying sight-unseen from CA and shipping to the east coast. He lauded his proficiency in Range Rovers and assured me that he would inspect for body work in addition to completing the PPI in exchange for $150.00.

Joey told me that the only thing wrong with the car was that the tire pressure light was on (gee thanks for that skilled catch!) so I bought the car.

His crew performed the most deficient inspection! When the car arrived on the east coast I noticed numerous SAFETY issues such as a broken horn, malfunctioning seat belt that would not retract, a grinding noise from the brakes (which turns out to be worn rotors). He also failed to catch inoperable front and rear park distance sensors. The foregoing oversights exceed $2,000.00 worth of work.

What annoys me more than anything else is that upon the vehicle's arrival, I immediately noticed poor body work - the rear door and quarter panel are a completely different color; $1,200.00 to repair plus no access to the vehicle for five days. How was this overlooked?

Maybe these guys can perform an oil change but DO NOT rely on them for a serious transaction such as a pre-purchase inspection! I would especially avoid them when it comes to high end cars where negligence leads to hugely expensive consequences.

Although mistakes happen in business, the way a business resolves its errors are most important. Sadly, Joey pocketed my money and refuses to make the situation right even though I've provided him with documentation from a Land Rover dealership proving that his mechanics overlooked all the above.

Review: He has had my Dodge Neon since november 2012 and has not fixed the car yet. It's been 12 months so I'd like a running car back. He says he's worked on it, but I don't think he's competant enough to find out whats wrong with the carDesired Settlement: I would like it resolved by returning me a working car
