I was sold the wrong product and after minutes I returned to store and manager would not refund me and called me ignorant
I arrived at Five Oaks and told the sales associate I had very little knowledge of plants and that I wanted a few blue hydrangea bushes to plant in the front of my home where I just removed a very large bushShe sold me four plants and referred me to another store to get soil, they didn't carry the items I neededWent to other store and they had HUGE hydrangeas for the same price and all the items I neededReturned to first nursery within minutes to return plants, and was informed they were dwarf hydrangeasI asked why the would sell me such small plants when I asked for larger sizesThe sales associate said she must not have heard meThe manager or owner called me ignorant and yelled at meHe refused to refund my money and offered and exchangeI told him I DO NOT GARDEN and I already purchased everything I needed from the other storeHe was rude,
