November 8, 2017, I hired Miracle Method to reglaze my brown tub, a bright white color Miracle Method stated the process would take 2-days Here we are December 22, and my tub has been left unfinished by Miracle Method This is an $11K tub I have lots of before and after photos Miracle Method initially sent their technician Georgio to reglaze my tubGeorgio stated this was his "easiest job" I'm not sure what went wrong but Georgio reglazed my tub times over the course of weeks and it was still left dull, bumpy, lumpy, uneven, full of scratches and scrapes After numerous calls to Mircle Method, my phone call was finally returned (I had to call their corporate office just to get them to return my phone call) The owner Dede and their "best" technician Dana came out to assess the issues Mid NovemberDede stated that all was needed was about hours of buffing and sanding and that Dana, their best technician would take over the project and get it completed
Company redid our counter tops and master shower tray about years agoInitial consultation was friendly and price was acceptableShower tray turned out okay but when the tech finished the work I was told that all it really needed was their industrial strength cleaner rather than refinishedSure would have been nice to know that prior to having work done and wasting money
Counter tops are a completely different storyFirst, we had a pattern picked out from Lowes for replacementsDuring consult, was told they could match - no problemFinished product is not even closeThey look badEdges next to wall are sloppy and unprofessional (of course these items are excluded from their "warranty")Further, after the work was done (notice a pattern) we were told to not leave water on the counter tops for any extended period of time because it will leave stainsWhat! Despite trying vigorously to abide by the recommendation, counter tops have water stains due to kids leaving things and horrible acts of nature like condensation on a summer daySo, we will have to replace anyway
Due to our experience, we would NOT recommend this product to any other consumers in need of similar updates to their homesWe had our money taken but you don't have to have the same experienceLook elsewhere

We hired Miracle Method to apply their process to cover and seal an unsightly tile floor in a wamaster showerWe were familiar with the procedure, as well as with their senior technician, because we had hired this company to recoat a shower and a countertop in a previous residence in the Indianapolis metro area, with very good resultsThe refinishing procedure took place in March 2018, and was carried out by a different tech than the experienced technician with whom we were familiarBy his own admission, he had only a few months' experience working for this company at that timeHe noted some dampness on the shower floor, but assured me that he would dry it and then proceedWhen the process was finished, before the young man even left our home, the finish began to bubble and blister in multiple placesI immediately called the office and spoke with the receptionist, expressing my grave concern, and was assured that this sometimes occurs, and that the company would come back a
A previous owner of our home had spilled hair dye in the bathtub(This would have been in the late 60’s or early 70’s)This was the main reason we wanted to have the work doneD & F Associates Limited aka Miracle Method Indy West assured us the hair dye would be “no problem” Since the tiles and sinks were years old they told us it would look better to do it all, so we did the bathtub, two sinks and the tile walls
We were told that the process would consist of an initial glazing Then they would return and smooth out all the drips and imperfections left from the first step After the first step it looked good although there were a few drips and imperfections It took a few months for them to send someone to do the second stepAfter he left, the same drips and imperfections were still there
We followed the recommended cleaning instructions implicitly (Only a few products can be used, none of which are strong.) After a few months a yellowish stain started to appear where the hair stain had been(pictures may be seen on Angie’s List Review)
We called them multiple times and sent multiple emailsThe phone calls were basically ignored They would answer the emails, but not follow through I called the headquarters of Miracle Method and asked them for help Shortly thereafter, we did receive a phone call from Miracle Method Indianapolis WestThey set many dates to come and complete the job and to do something to cover the stains We would prepare the bathroom only to have them cancel at the last minute or come and talk about the problem and/or take pictures without doing any work
They finally sent a crew to do the job Besides the first drips and imperfections we have even more plus cracks around the sink drains(pictures may be seen on Angie’s List Review) Also the yellow stain started to reappear again We have used only the recommended products in the recommended way
A few months ago they said they would do it again but they needed more picturesOne of the owners told me the stain would reappear again They pointed out that the warranty did not include hair dye They should have shared that information up front We were misled by themNevertheless, they said they would come again We had some medical delays on our part However, we did want them to come againThen they started changing dates - again the same old story
It’s been nearly years We feel the job should have been done almost years ago We feel they do not care about the quality of their work or customer satisfaction Once again, the very reason we contracted them was to cover up the hair dye They knew their process did not warrant the hair dye and they did not tell us At this point, we do not trust them In our opinion, they are unable to do the job
