Business Response / [redacted] (1001, 14, 2014/08/21) */ Case #XXXXXXXX message [redacted] Wed, Aug 20, at 3:PM To: " [redacted] @chicago.Revdex.com.org" Dear Ms [redacted] Thank you for taking my call regarding the complaint filed against us by the [redacted] Customer called us for problems with their boiler on 1/20/Customer was quoted $trip charge and $per half hourCustomer agreed to have us come outUpon arrival, customer explained to our technician that they purchased the house as it was foreclosed upon and did not think the boiler was running correctlyThe boiler also heats the domestic hot waterUpon arriving, our technician noticed that the boiler had some serious wiring issuesAfter spending some time diagnosing the problem, rewired the sensors and changed the temperature settingHe recommended all the thermostat batteries be changed, and also recommended to the customer if the floor heat wasn't keeping up that we could add a system sensor(Please see our W.OXXXXXX)Customer signed the work order and paid with a check from Coast to Coast Construction Services, Incfor $ On January 28th, the customer called and said they didn't have domestic hot waterWe informed the customer that since we were just out there on the 20th, we would not charge them a trip charge, just the regular labor ratesOur technician checked the heat settings, and also cleaned the flame sensor and the spark rodOur technician told the customer the mixing valve was not working properly(W.O# XXXXXX) Customer said they would try to get one on their ownCustomer signed the work order and our technician collected a check for $from Coast to Coast Construction services, Inc On February 4, we received a NSF notice from our bank stating the check we deposited for $was NSFCalled the customer, did not get a responseOn February 10, I received another notice from our bank, this time stating the check for $also was NSFAfter trying to get a hold of the customer and leaving numerous messages, turned the NSF checks over to the States Attorney's office on 3/11/ If the customer was having problems after we did the work, how come they didn't call us? Why didn't they return our calls about the NSF checks?
