On 8 May 2013 I took our Gateway laptop computer to this establishment for repair. During that visit [redacted] re-installed Windows, installed a DVD (used) burner, and developed a "restore disc" all for a total of $187.10 On 3 May 2013 he sold me an 8GB flash drive for $20 (can buy them for $10 at [redacted]) and performed a "data rescue & clean" for $50 On 27 Sep 2013 I returned to the shop with yet another issue - taking with me 2 8GB flash drives and told [redacted] to save my files on them and then inform me of what needed to be done. he retrieved the data to one flash drive at a cost of $50 (because his prices had gone up, but since I was a previous customer he was doing it for only $50). I was told to go home and find the 'restore disc' he had prepared in May and run it, if a problem arose bring the computer in. On 1 Oct I returned with the restore disc and the computer - whereupon he informed me the disc was damaged and he could do nothing. I informed him that the disc had never been out of the case he put it in until Sunday 30 Sep. He then said that cd drive might have damaged the disc - that would be the one he installed in May. His attitude was demeaning to me and his words were "I'm not calling you a liar but...." That is when I took my computer and departed his dishonest self. He advertised he belongs to the Revdex.com, if true I am shocked, if not it is false advertising.
