I have used this company since they opened in and have never had a bad experienceThe office is friendly and accommodating

This is by far the best company I have used for transportationI'm always picked up with enough time to get loaded on ambulette and get to my appointment on timeThe drivers are very polite and funnyI use Swift for all medical and non medical appointmentsThe rate I have had to pay for non medical trips is very reasonableI'm very happy with Swift

Looking for a way to transport my wheelchair bound father, other than a medical service vehicle service, I found Swift Care I called and discussed their procedures and policies of dates working, distances traveled etc and based on that information I made arrangements to use their services this morning 10/Arrangement were made on Wednesday or ThursdayMy understanding was there would be a confirmation call made, at the end of the week, just to review our use of the transport At that time, the woman on the phone googled our destination, confirmed pick up point and time as well as the return I asked if I could ride along, she said I could All seemed easy and very accommodatingShe even provided me with the amount for the check payment at the end of the tripThough at no time was I given a contact # for use should something come up on our end I did not ask either, and I am now sorry I did notBut, I was pleased and hopeful we would be able to continue to use this service in the future Problems began when on Saturday I attempted to contact the company to see if a modification could be made for our return I called and left messages I went to the website, wrote an email request (through their contact us page) and asked for a return phone call I attempted to send that email or times, entering a new security code each timeThis email does not workPlease note on that contact page of the web site it is stated that they monitor the emails often and get back in touch Do not believe it I then used their listed email address and wrote from my email account and copied and pasted the original message and again asked someone to get in touch with me NO such luck Based on lack of response, my dad and I decided to just go with our original plansShould we be so lucky Come Sunday, we were ready at 9:for a 9:pick upBy 10:00, no one arrivedI went on to church, leaving my very disappointed father behind I called times to the only number provided and each time the answering machine said they were on the other line or with a customer but to "leave a message"I did I am curious to see if anyone "returns" my calls on Monday morning I can not tell you how frustrated I am by this service and this was to be our first time using them! For wheelchair clients, who are totally at their mercy, greater care needs to be taken in providing services
