A subscription was paid and check cashed. Even after sending copies of cancelled checks there is still no subscription in my name. Numerous phone calls and emails sent to [redacted] customer service and assurance it would be taken care of has resulted in still no record of my subscription. They are blaming it on a service they use for subscriptions. They sent me old issues in the mail but I paid for a year's subscription not old magazines. I would like my money returned at once with no more excused.
