stylist the next morning to exchange the half pack of hair to a full pack. The employee acknowledged that it was his fault and to compensate the inconvenience for the customer he had given the customer 10% off for both packs and apologized repeatedly, The amount of the 10% off was $13.78 as u can verify on the copied receipt. The stylist insisted that he give her client a higher quality and longer length instead of the current purchase hair as the deal breaker. That negotiation was not possible because the other hair ([redacted]) that she wanted was $200 for both packs.We apologize again for any inconvenience that our mistake has caused her.
