John Auto Repair

Complaint**. *. *. of John Auto Repair has had my car since April 30th and he is still telling me give him 3 days...**. *.*. came out to my home and checked my Chevrolet Malibu 2003 out he stated that my Head Gasket was bad which is part of the motor, I asked him if he was able to repair it **. *.*. said yes, so on April 30, 2013 he came back to home to pick the car up, he asked me for 300.00 for parts I paid him cash, I asked ahould we have it towed due to the problem being the head gasket, he stated no he would drive it and if anything happen while hes driving it he would know what to do,so when I spoke with *.*. he told me the car was making a ticking sound, so then after 3 weeks of not hearing from *.*. my Nephew( [redacted])and I([redacted]) went to John Auto Repair and spoke to **. *.*. about the car he said that I need a Motor,he also stated when he(**.*.*.) drove the car from my home to the shop the car stopped on him, my nephew told him that he should not have driven the car and that **. *.*. messed the motor up by not having the car towed as suggested by myself, **. *. *. told me and My nephew that he was going to replace the motor at no extra charge due to him driving the car and knowing the Head gaskets were bad, I visit the shop twice since then, the first time I went out and he was not there my car was torn down, I called him and he told me the car would be ready in 3 days (June), I called him in July around the 8th and now he is saying the car would be ready in 3 days,and stated not to call him I will call you,it has been way passed 3 days. I have been without my car for 2 1/2 months I am a Senior Citizen that has no other way of transportation to get back and forth to work I really need tranportation, **.**.*. is giving me the runaround, I would like to get my money back and my car so that I can get it repaired.....ASAP... I been to the shop twice once with my nephew and the other a friend took me but he was not there... **. *.*. stated he did not have his receipt book with him I told him that I have one, so I got the book and he wrote the receipt out he did not take his copy I have that also...Desired SettlementI am asking for my car back and a refund of the money I givien to him, but I know if he was the cause of the motor to blow due to him driving it for miles he should be responsible for that...
