Upon cancellation with 48month program.
We paid $589 x 4 = $2356.00 The firm will not issue refund of the dispute money but only $256.
We enroll to credit debt program for 48month in January 2014. We found better resolution for our debt and asked to cancel the program. From January 2014, we paid $589 per months and the total amount we paid was $2356.00. When we asked for the cancellation they told me only the escrow amount would be returned. The escrow amount was $256.00. I asked were did the rest of money go, they said it went to such service fee, and admin. fee. This is like cheating to the client. They never inform us that there are such fees under the program. None of my payment was paid to the creditors. When signing the agreement they told us there are no hidden fees. Over $2100 of my mopney went to the law firm not the creditors. there are not helping at all but taking huge part of my money. I am sking them to refund all but they are making excuses and would only pay back $256. which doesn't make sense at all and even though there is such service fee then the amount is too much and cheating upon the clients.
